Grandview Dropoff and Pickup Procedures

New Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures Begin Monday, September 29, 2025

Effective Monday, September 29, 2025, Grandview will begin using updated drop-off and pick-up procedures.

All Car Line traffic will now enter through the newly completed Beachmont Access Driveway and exit on Hamilton Drive East.

It is very important that all families follow these updates to ensure safety and efficiency.

 • Car Line: All car drop-offs and pick-ups will now take place using the new Beachmont Entrance Access Driveway.

• NO ENTRY: Hamilton Drive East will be closed to all parents; only Faculty and Staff will be able to use this entrance.

• Buses: All school buses will continue to use the front of the school for arrival and dismissal.

• Pre-K Families: o Drop-off and pick-up for Pre-K students will take place at the front of the school, just as in past years.

o Teachers and aides will meet Pre-K students near the main entrance doors.

o All PreK parents are welcome to use street parking and walk their child to the doors. Important: No cars will be permitted to drive down into the loop. Only the Pre-K bus will pull up to the entrance of the driveway.
